Return Policy
In store - Unworn/unused items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within one week of purchase.
Online - Unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for an exchange within one week from the delivery of the items. All shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other error by our account. LWS is not responsible for items returned to us without us first being notified and/or items returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
All LWS tags and all other original tags must be attached. We do not accept returns on any bedding, sleep wear, sleep sacks, bathing suits, baby carriers or undergarments. Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us.
